Our monthly rental installment includes; all utilities, high speed internet, basic cable and local phone service. All residents have their own bedroom and may possibly share a bathroom with one roommate or have their own private bathroom. Every apartment comes equipped with; a washer/dryer, self-clean oven, microwave, dishwasher, frost free refrigerator, garbage disposal and central air conditioning. Rental installemts for the current year range from $665 - $855 per month per person. Each resident has their own lease. Please contact us for exact details. Unfortunately there are no openings for the 2009-10 lease year. However, we are taking applications for; students who want to sublet in January 2010 and for the 2010-11 lease year.
